Dr. Phillip Rand received his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of North Dakota, and he graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University in May of 2003.
In addition to general Chiropractic care, Dr. Rand is also Registered in Acupuncture and has focused on sports medicine. With over 18 years of competitive swimming experience, having earned NCAA All-American honors at UND, he enjoys treating athletes and other weekend warriors like himself. Common complaints range from plantar fasciitis to rotator cuff injuries.

Dr. Nikole Carlson graduated in 2004 from Northwestern Health Sciences University, and she has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from St. Mary's University.
Dr. Carlson grew up with a love for animals and knew that she would incorporate animals into practice. After completing the proper post-graduate training at Options for Animals in Wellsville, KS, she became certified through the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association (IVCA) in June 2007. Dr. Carlson also treats dogs and cats at Minnehaha Animal Hospital in South Minneapolis and horses by appointment.

Dr. Gordon Staff has been practicing chiropractic in Minnesota since 1981. He graduated with honors from the University of North Dakota with a B.S. in Mathematics in 1971 and completed his education at Northwestern Health Science University in 1980. He is a Diplomate certified by the International Board of Chiropractic Neurology since 2002 and registered in acupuncture since 1995.
He is especially interested in the skills he learned in seminars regarding Motion Palpation and the Graston tools. Dr. Staff is a supplier of Sole Supports, a custom orthotic, and he is also working closely with Ardyss suppliers, a garment to aid better posture and organ support.
